The experience we have had with Air Control has been positive from top to bottom. The people all have been very friendly. I applaud Colleen and her follow-up on the rebates, the courteous field staff who installed the system, Rose who was always trying take care of my concerns and was very customer oriented and willing to listen to all of my specific detailed wants, and Harry who had to come back three times to correct and fix some issues in the installation. I am totally aware that small things can happen with these complicated mini-split systems. It is how personnel react to these issues that is important. Harry is a perfectionist. He is not only the well deserved manager of the service department but he has the customer skills to be a good customer service person. While doing his repair work he talked very highly of the crew and Air Control as a whole, as did Rose. He assured me the job would be done right. He was patient while trouble-shooting and answered my questions. Undoubtedly it is a new system and there may or may not be future issues as it is too early to tell but I am sure if there are I will be well taken care of.
